FRANKOMA CHRISTMAS CARDS

Frankoma started giving ceramic Christmas Cards in 1944. The company did not produce cards during the war, or in difficult times, specifically in 1945 and 1946. The cards always have written on them: Christmas or Xmas, the Franks and the year given. The cards were glazes in numerous colors until 1969. Frankoma cards were discontinued after 1982.

The Grace Lee / Milton Smith cards began in 1975. All are glazed in White Sand except 1978, which was Coffee. The cards were produced until 1989. No cards were produced in 1983 because of the fire. The 1987 and 1988 cards were joinly shared by Grace Lee, Milton Smith and Joniece Frank.
